Jennifer Roden has been recognized as a member of the 2018 North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society

Ms. Roden is one of 468 attorneys reported completing 50 or more hours of pro bono legal services in 2018 to clients unable to pay without expectation of a fee.  Each member of the Honor Society receives a certificate from the Supreme Court of North Carolina in recognition of their valuable contributions to the people of North Carolina.

The Attorneys and Staff of Craige & Fox, PLLC Volunteered at Good Shepherd Center on April 18, 2019

The mission of Good Shepherd Center is to feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, and foster transition to housing.  After a tour of the facility, the attorneys and staff cleaned the dormitories and organized the family lounge.

Noel Fox will serve as a mentor to a participant in WILMA Magazine’s Women To Watch Leadership Initiative Mentorship Program

The Mentorship  Program is a part of WILMA's Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, which has a mission to help develop more women leaders in Wilmington-area businesses, nonprofits, government bodies, and boards of directors.  As a mentor in the year-long program, Ms. Fox will meet monthly with an up-and-coming woman in the community to assist her in developing leadership skills.  Ms. Fox received the WILMA Women to Watch Award in the Business Category in 2015.

Jennifer Roden attended the Wilmington Downtown Incorporated (WDI) Downtown Economic Series Luncheon on March 26, 2019 at the Wilmington Convention Center

This semi-annual event celebrated the growth and transformation in downtown Wilmington and featured Governor Roy Cooper's keynote presentation, Resilience and Growth: Downtown and Beyond.  New Hanover County Commissioner Jonathan Barfield, Jr. and Wilmington Mayor Bill Saffo also spoke at the event which included updates on major projects and the accomplishments of the past year.

Ashley Michael attended a Lunch & Presentation on North Carolina Civil Procedure rules, “The Little Known, Unknown & Unspoken Rules for Civil Disposition, ” at the City Club on March 15, 2019

This event was sponsored by the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys (NCAWA).  Ashley is a member of the NCAWA which provides CLE events and networking opportunities for women attorneys in our area.
