Additionally, often times, mediated settlement agreements allow parties to resolve disputes in a manner that would not be available if a Judge enters an Order or if a Jury renders a verdict. Charlotte Noel Fox is certified by the NC Dispute Resolution Commission to mediate Superior Court matters. As a mediator, Noel brings more than 20 years of experience in the areas of real property, estate administration, trust administration, guardianship and municipal law.
