Biography
Born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Noel settled in Wilmington in 2004. Over the course of her legal career, Noel has served on the Board of Directors for AMI Kids North Carolina Family Services, Inc., the North Carolina Bar Association Professionalism Committee, the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation’s Community Leadership Council, the North Carolina Coastal Land Trust, the New Hanover County Community Foundation and the Dropout Prevention Coalition Advisory Board.
In 2015, Noel was selected as Wilma Magazine‘s Women to Watch in the Business Category and the following year was nominated for the 2016 North Carolina Leaders in Law Awards.
Despite friendly rumors among her staff and clients, Noel does enjoy things outside of practicing law – she enjoys golfing, hiking, fishing and spending time with her family.
